1. No window to enter card number
- Find and open “HL mobile” icon on tablet screen.
2. Participant does not appear after entering card number
- Check if it is not too early for the session.
- Check if you are really registered to the session.
- If you are not registered, apologise to your colleagues and register to another session together. Pay attention and do not make this mistake again.
3. Tablet does not turn on
- Plug in the charger and try again.
4. Scenario does not open on tablet
- Check if you came the same HLab you registered to.
- Again choose scenario on the computer screen.
- Reopen the Apps.
- Restart tablet.
5. The tablet does not display the situation in the required language
- Press “Log out”, select the language you want to use and re-login to the application.
6. The tablet displays, that another team member is online
- Select a menu and press “Log out”. Then log in with your code. Remember to log out from the system after practice.
