1. No window to enter card number

  • Find and open “HL mobile” icon on tablet screen.

2. Participant does not appear after entering card number

  • Check if it is not too early for the session.
  • Check if you are really registered to the session.
  • If you are not registered, apologise to your colleagues and register to another session together. Pay attention and do not make this mistake again.

3. Tablet does not turn on

  • Plug in the charger and try again.

4. Scenario does not open on tablet

  • Check if you came the same HLab you registered to.
  • Again choose scenario on the computer screen.
  • Reopen the Apps.
  • Restart tablet.

5. The tablet does not display the situation in the required language

  • Press “Log out”, select the language you want to use and re-login to the application.

6. The tablet displays, that another team member is online

  • Select a menu and press “Log out”. Then log in with your code. Remember to log out from the system after practice.
